Toyoฎ, Exclusive Tire of 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, Limited Grade
September 20, 2007 CYPRESS,
CALIFORNIA Toyo Tire (U.S.A.) Corporation announced today that the
Toyoฎ Open Countryฎ A20 is the exclusive tire of Toyotas all-new 2008
Highlander Hybrid, Limited grade. In addition, the Open Countryฎ A20
is original equipment on several other models of the 2008 Toyota Highlander,
both hybrid and gas.
The Open Country A20 achieved exceptional low rolling resistance performance making it ideal for the hybrid model. The tires were also specifically designed to reduce noise and improve both wet and dry braking for added safety.
Based on the model and trim level of the Highlander, the Open Country A20 comes in two sizes: P245/65R17 105S and P245/55R19 103S.
